Perception is Imagination

I wrote this as a response to all the activities we spend our life on which are not in keeping with our true nature and do not add value to our lives. What came to mind, particularly, was how hard women (and men) can be hard on other women. In Western society, we supposedly value individuality, but I hear and read so many disparaging comments about women's bodies! (too thin, too fat, flat chested, too buxom are just a few examples)
This is just one example where instead of loving each other, we create divisions amongst ourselves which distract us from our true purpose on earth.
So, when I write here, 'feminism is sport' it is not meant to be taken as I oppose feminism but that feminism has been used against women, particularly when it comes to excusing courteous behaviours to women (e.g., opening doors) because they say that women will take offense because they 'can do it themselves'.
I think you will find gentleman, that women will appreciate gentlemanly behaviour because it makes them feel respected and like a lady, which is what we are :) Anyway, this poem is not only about feminism there are other themes throughout. Hope it is food for thought

Perception is imagination
where conspiracies congeal
Death is swift and stealthy
when paper cuts don't heal

Reality is unnerving
where feminism is sport
body is undeserving
when food is a retort

Mother is creation
where Knowledge unfolds
life is tempered
when nature is sold

Source is divine
where love is incorporeal
death is a rite
when time is entheal
